Responsibilities

• Develop wireframes, screen flows and storyboards-based business needs and user feedback
• Continuously analyze user activity and feedback to make design improvements and enhance the user experience
• Introduce best practices based on past experience for information architectures that best support the needs of our customers and fan base
• Develop prototypes as a means of soliciting feedback from internal stakeholders and sharing best practices
• Work independently on strategic issues with internal team members, managing fairly complex projects
• Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across our platform

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
  
• Experience shipping applications to market
• Extensive Experience with Figma or Sketch
• English proficiency of level B1 or higher
• EU Citizenship or EU Work Permit
• Willingness to work on-site in Wrocław

Compensation as a Senior UX/UI Designer

Approximate Salary: PLN 15000 - 34800 – net/month – B2B contract

Approximate Salary: PLN 13200 - 30400– gross/month – Permanent employment contract

Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at Workbase. You may also be eligible for incentives, in the form of monthly team performance bonuses (up to 35% more salary), virtual company stock (stock options), profit sharing and or long-term cash awards.

Qualification

• You have good English skills. The entire company's communication is in English only.
• Educational Background: A degree in a related field, relevant IT training, or comparable self-taught/agency experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma), with understanding of methodologies and processes, such as, user flows, wireframing, understanding of responsive design principles
• Design Expertise: Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills and a user-centered design approach.
• Collaborative Spirit: Experience working in agile teams and a willingness to embrace feedback and iterative design.
